About Alpha Equities

Alpha Equities Ltd. owns and manages Richmond Corporate Centre which is one of the prime office parks in Canada.

Alpha’s principal and management team have been active in ownership and hands on management of many real estate investments over the past thirty years.

As an entrepreneurial company with pride of ownership, Alpha Equities Ltd. began the development of Richmond Corporate Centre in 1987 by incorporating many of the architectural qualities and features of premier office parks in North America.

From conception, Richmond Corporate Centre established and continues to set new high standards in the Crestwood District of North Richmond, British Columbia.

The Park is comprised of six buildings, with a total of approximately 270,000 square feet of top quality leasable space.
